Plot

Deadpool is offered a place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by the Time Variance Authority, but instead he recruits a variant of Wolverine to save his universe from extinction. He subsequently said he regretted that statement after watching the first Deadpool film, and expressed to Ryan his interest in seeing the two characters meet on the big screen. When asked why he decided to return for this film, he simply said, “I just wanted to do it, and I felt it in my gut,” adding that he wanted to have the best possible time on a film set ever with Ryan Reynolds. Likewise, Reynolds has wanted to work with Jackman since the first Deadpool film, and was sad when he (Jackman) stepped away from the role. As Wolverine and Deadpool make their odyssey in the Honda Odyssey, the car’s clock jumps forward three hours during their conversation..

What a funny movie

Hugh Jackman is the perfect Wolverine. I like the dialogue and the clever jokes with the F-bombs sprinkled in. It definitely doesn’t take itself too seriously. There are tons of funny cameos that I wasn’t expecting!

They are heavily promoting this movie

I usually watch spoiler videos in advance, but this time I didn’t and I’m glad I didn’t because there were some great moments! It’s a very good, action-packed and entertaining movie. The “breaking the fox” and “talking to the camera” jokes are too funny. I can definitely see more sequels to these two on the horizon. I just saw these two on “Hot Ones” eating chicken wings.
