This series uses material from the Great Schools of Dune trilogy by Brian Herbert and Kevin J
Two Harkonnen sisters fight against the forces that threaten the future of humanity and found a legendary sect that would become known as the Bene Gesserit. Whether they’re exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are all about science fiction. Anderson.
They’re mentioned in Crazy Cartoon Cast: The New Normal (2020) by AniMat
It’s a prequel to the original Dune and follows the evolution of the Rossak Order into the Bene Gesserit. The incident with Valya Harkonnen using her voice comes from one of these, called the “Mentats of Dune.” All three books intertwine in the development of the Order, the Mentats, the Navigators, and the Suk Doctors. Okay, so I honestly put off watching this because every trailer seemed boring.
It’s definitely interesting
Tonight, out of sheer desperation for something new to watch, I broke down and decided to give it a try. You know what, I’m glad I did. The acting is decent, the world is solid, and the characters are very dynamic.
The biggest flaw so far is the pacing
The first episode really drags on until the very end, but I won’t lie, the ending was good. My only concern is that it may have the same problem as the power rings. A lot of buildup due to lack of delivery.
Only time will tell
I’ll update this once I’ve managed to finish the entire series.
