Lincoln’s lawyer was actually better than I expected. I’ve never read the books this is based on, but I saw the Matthew McConaughey movie and thought it was pretty good, but not worth making a series about again. I was really expecting this to be some kind of low budget scam.
I couldn’t have been more wrong
I actually liked it better than the movie. I wasn’t going to watch it until I saw all the great reviews and that it was one of Netflix’s most watched series of the year. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo does a good job as the lead, and Becky Newton, Neave Campbell, Angus Sampson and others do fantastic work in the supporting roles.
